Lucky is a senior HR professional with more than 22 years of experience in HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Assessment Centres and training. She brings a unique combination of experience from manufacturing and IT multinationals as well as the consulting world.
She has worked at leadership positions as Head of OD and L&D, HR Head, OD consultant and trainer for MNCs, SMEs and start-ups. She is the founder of PlanMyTrainings.com and Xcelanta Services, and also serves as Director at Salahkaar Consultants.
As a public speaker and trainer, she has delivered more than 1,000 man-hours of training on Leadership, Personal Excellence, Presentation Skills, Train the Trainer and, now, AI for Managers.
